Q: Do I have to be a member of Crossroads to utilize this counseling service?
A: No. While the majority of our clients are related to Crossroads families, we will minister to any who need help.
Q: How long could I expect a counseling session to last?
A: The usual session lasts one hour. We work by appointment only.
Q: Do you offer intensive therapy?
A: No. Our pastors are not therapists or specialists. While we can address any issue you may bring, we may make referral to a specialist.
Q: Will you counsel with my minor child?
A: Yes, provided the custodial parent remains in the waiting room.
Our services are without cost for the first two visits. Beginning with the third visit, the sessions are provided on a sliding scale basis. All fees must be paid in advance.
